Delivery & Returns
Delivery will charged as per courier standard rates to most parts of the UK.
Some items are subject to a delivery excess charge to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore islands, including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Delivery times can vary depending on the type of super finishing you order. We have will estimate delivery times on each item and let you know. The delivery times are approximate and quoted as working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
FAILED / MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not at home when we deliver your order, the courier company will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. If you have somewhere secure where your delivery can be left, you can add a note when going through the checkout and this will be added to your shipping documents. Deliveries are left at your own risk and at the discretion of the courier.
If a delivery is incorrectly turned away, a re-delivery charge may apply.
Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery and we can return any item sent to us for a full refund of the purchase price (including VAT and delivery). Exceptions to the right to cancel include goods made to the consumer’s specifications therefore Performance Metal Finishing’s can only accept cancellations prior to work commencing & will charge the actual cost of returning any goods not collected by the consumer. This charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
